Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Colleague Health Nurse to join our team in Effingham, IL. The RN coordinates safe and comprehensive employee health services for colleagues, students, and volunteers, maintaining daily tasks and focusing on health promotion and prevention.

Education includes an associates degree in nursing with a bachelor's preferred. Must have RN licensure in the state; COHN certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years nursing experience in a hospital or clinic setting is required.
• 2 years of experience with assessing and responding to employee health problems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safe and comprehensive employee health services for HSHS colleagues, students, and volunteers.
• Maintain daily tasks of a Colleague Health Nurse and focus on promotion and restoration of health, prevention of illness and injury.
• Provide health services while protecting from work-related and environmental hazards.

Pay Range: $34.21 - $51.31 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Colleague Health Nurse to join our team. The Colleague Health Nurse-RN coordinates safe and comprehensive employee health services for HSHS colleagues, students, and volunteers. Maintains all daily tasks of a Colleague Health Nurse and coordinates safe and comprehensive colleague health services while focusing on promotion and restoration of health, prevention of illness and injury and protection from work-related and environmental hazards.

Education Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice is required.
• Certificate of Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) is preferred.
