Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals is a leading biopharmaceutical company located in Boston, MA. This role is a strategic HRBP overseeing G&A functions, reporting to the CHRO, and guiding change in a high-growth environment.

The position requires a hands-on leader who can design talent strategies, manage workforce planning, and partner with Talent Acquisition to build a strong pipeline across Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, HR, Communications, and Corporate Affairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/MS in HR/OD and relevant certifications preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably as HRBP for G&A or corporate functions.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as dedicated HRBP for G&A functions, advising senior leaders on people strategies.
• Guide organizational design, talent management, and employee engagement to support growth.
• Act as change agent for large-scale transformations and integration of acquisitions.
