Marsh is seeking an experienced health actuary leader to join its Actuarial and Financial Consulting team within the People and Investments business. The role is hybrid and based in US offices, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week.

You will lead client engagements, perform complex health cost analyses, review junior staff work, and support business development while serving as a primary financial contact for clients.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree in actuarial science, math, statistics, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years' experience in actuarial field, health and benefits consulting.
• Progress toward ASA designation and client-facing experience.
• Strong analytical skills and MS Office proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Lead routine client engagements managing service delivery, strategy, and renewals.
• Review analyses by junior staff for actuarial accuracy and model use.
• Perform complex analyses and cost projections using Excel, SAS and related tools.
• Draft and review client reports and presentations with recommended solutions.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and guide junior team members.
• Assist senior colleagues with business development and proposals.
• Contribute to intellectual capital and knowledge of health actuarial services.
