Job summary

Marsh is seeking an experienced Health Actuary Leader to join its Actuarial and Financial Consulting team within the People and Investment business. Based in the US, this hybrid role requires in-office presence at least three days per week and offers leadership of client engagements around health benefits, financial projections, plan design, renewal negotiations, and related analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in actuarial science or related field.
15+ years in actuarial field; consulting experience preferred.
ASA or FSA credential.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead routine client engagements, including service delivery, strategy, financial evaluations, design, renewal and benchmarking.
Review analyses by junior staff to ensure actuarial soundness and model quality.
Leverage AI and technology-enabled tools to drive insights.
Develop and review complex analyses and cost projections using Excel, SAS and pricing models.
Draft and present client reports to summarize findings and recommended strategies.
