Job summary

Digital Turbine seeks a Senior Financial Planning & Analyst to partner with the CTO and Technology organizations, driving financial planning, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, develop flexible headcount models, and bring data-driven insights to strategic initiatives, including cloud spend optimization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably supporting tech teams or exec leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of tech org expense structures, headcount planning, and cloud infrastructure drivers.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Workday, Concur, and Atlassian tools; advanced modeling in Google Sheets/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary Finance lead for CTO and Tech leadership across Data Eng, Data Science, Core Tech, IT, and Security.
• Develop headcount models and financial scenarios to evaluate roadmap investments in real time.
• Model, forecast, and optimize Cloud/GCP spend and IT/security infrastructure expenses.
