Qualifications
- 5+ years of FP&A experience supporting technology teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Strong understanding of technology expense structures including headcount and cloud infrastructure
- Proficiency with Oracle, Workday, Concur, and Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
- Advanced modeling in Google Sheets/Excel and data visualization with Power BI
Responsibilities
- Strategic finance partnering with CTO and Tech leaders
- Provide actionable financial context and guidance to senior leadership
- Develop headcount capacity models and scenario analyses
- Forecast and optimize Cloud/GCP and IT/security spend with Tech leads
- Drive reporting automation and data integrity using AI tools and Power BI
