Phillips Medisize, a Molex company, seeks a Senior Marketing Manager for the Regulated Consumer Products unit in Hudson, WI. The role shapes and executes B2B marketing strategies to support growth, with a hybrid schedule in-office 2–3 days a week.

You will translate market insights into strategic plans, sales enablement tools, and integrated campaigns while partnering with BU leaders, Sales, and Marketing to drive growth in regulated FMCG markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in B2B strategic marketing or related roles.
• Experience translating plans into commercial and marketing initiatives.
• Ability to lead integrated marketing and sales enablement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of a five-year strategic plan for RCP in collaboration with BU leaders and Sales.
• Develop and implement strategic programs and account-specific messaging for priority accounts.
• Build market insights from primary/secondary research and translate into actionable insights.
• Support account planning and translate market needs into commercial initiatives.
• Develop value propositions for FMCG markets the RCP BU serves.
• Create buyer personas and customer journeys for integrated campaigns.
• Lead integrated marketing communications plans and sales enablement tools across digital channels.
• Dotted line to IMC Director to align with brand priorities.
• May contribute to M&A assessments in collaboration with leaders.
