Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking a Materials Manager for our Hudson, WI facility. The role leads materials functions—planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics—driving end-to-end material flow and cross-functional coordination to meet production goals.

You will oversee supplier relationships, optimize inventory, and partner with manufacturing, quality, and engineering to remove bottlenecks and improve performance.

Qualificações

• Experience across core materials disciplines including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading people or cross-functional initiatives in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Familiarity with SAP planning, procurement, inventory management or production scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead materials functions and coordinate teams to ensure reliable material flow.
• Develop and execute materials strategies aligned with plant objectives and customer value.
• Optimize inventory levels and working capital while ensuring material availability.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance to improve delivery and continuity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and operations to resolve constraints.
• Analyze demand, inventory, and performance data to improve forecasting and decision making.
• Drive inventory reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
