Job summary

PGIM Risk Management in Newark, NJ is seeking a Manager to lead risk assessments and partner with control functions across PGIM Credit, Fixed Income and Private Credit. You will promote the internal risk framework, review incidents and KRIs, and support SOX/SOC1 processes.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in audit or operational risk within asset management, strong analytics, and the ability to influence across teams in a global organization. Hybrid work arrangements in Newark are available.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of fixed income assets, including public fixed income and private credit.
• Minimum 5 years of Audit and/or Operational Risk Management experience in asset management.
• Ability to lead risk assessments, root cause analyses and risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and control reviews for existing processes, new products and initiatives.
• Review incidents and risk events, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Report to senior management on KRIs, top risks and audit findings; coordinate with internal/external audits.
