Relativity in Chicago is seeking a Program Manager, Events to design and deliver event programs that engage customers and partners, owning the full trade show lifecycle from planning through on-site execution.

You will collaborate with Brand and cross-functional teams, manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and drive ROI at Tier 1 events, with a hybrid in-office requirement in the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
• Three years of event and/or conference planning experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience planning Tier 1 industry tradeshows, booth management, and sponsorship strategy.
• Familiarity with lead retrieval and booth technology.
• Experience with Cvent and Salesforce.
• Strong budgeting and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver seamless in-person, virtual, and hybrid event experiences.
• Lead Relativity's presence at Tier 1 industry tradeshows from planning through execution.
• Own the full program lifecycle: RFPs, budgeting, contracting, housing, and logistics.
• Partner with Brand to develop engaging trade show environments.
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI for flagship events.
• Collaborate with Sales on lead capture and post-show follow-up.
• Identify risks and resolve blockers; provide on-site support as needed.
• Lead post-event debriefs and apply lessons to future programs.
