Relativity is seeking a Program Manager, Events to own and execute high-impact event programs across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats. You’ll lead Tier 1 trade shows, coordinating floor plans, sponsorships, budgets, and vendor relations while partnering with Brand and Sales to maximize pipeline impact.

The role requires strategic planning, strong vendor management, and a track record of delivering immersive experiences that support Relativity’s data intelligence brand story.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline with increasing responsibility.
• Experience planning and leading a company's presence at Tier 1 industry tradeshows.
• Familiarity with lead retrieval, booth technology, and ROI reporting.

Responsabilités

• Deliver seamless in-person, virtual, and hybrid event experiences for participants and sponsors.
• Lead production ownership for Tier 1 industry tradeshows from planning to execution.
• Own full program lifecycle: RFPs, budgeting, contracting, and site selections.
• Partner with Brand to develop engaging event environments aligned with Relativity’s brand vision.
• Manage booth production, layouts, signage, and guest touchpoints for cohesion.
• Coordinate with Sales and Demand Gen on lead capture and post-show follow-up.
• Provide on-site support and risk management to ensure high-quality events.
