Job summary

MSA Professional Services is seeking a Senior Endpoint Automation Engineer to design, automate, secure, and manage our endpoint ecosystem across on-premises and cloud environments. You will lead zero-touch provisioning, security, and lifecycle management for Windows endpoints, collaborating with Security, Governance, and IT stakeholders.

The role supports onsite, hybrid, or remote work within driving distance of WI, IL, IA, MN or FL, and is rooted in our ESOP culture and strong focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in information science, computer science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in information technology with 5+ years in endpoint engineering or related roles.
• Strong expertise with Intune, MECM/SCCM, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management.
• Experience with security, governance, and automation integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain endpoint automation strategy, standards, and lifecycle management.
• Administer and optimize endpoint technologies including Intune, Autopilot, MECM/SCCM, PDQ, and JAMF.
• Build PowerShell scripts, automated workflows, and zero/low-touch onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Monitor endpoint health, security, and compliance; implement scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with security and governance teams to enforce best practices.
• Lead modernization projects and align with IT/business stakeholders.
• Provide technical documentation, training, and escalation support for endpoint issues.
• Partner with Help Desk and stakeholders to drive automation and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities and communicate progress throughout implementations.
