Job summary

Sargent & Lundy is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to perform advanced power system analyses including relay settings and arc flash studies. The role involves on-site collaboration at the Atlanta-metro Peachtree Corners office and occasional travel to client sites, with a hybrid work schedule.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience in electrical analysis, familiarity with ETAP/SKM/PSCAD/EMTP-RV, and strong communication skills. A PE license is valued; Master’s/PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power/Power Systems) required.
• Ten or more years of electrical analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical analyses and studies for power systems (relay settings, arc flash, cable ampacity, transient, harmonic, grounding).
• Travel to client offices/sites for on-site consultation when needed.
