The role focuses on site energy audits, KPI tracking, energy management framework, and renewable electricity policies, with collaboration across functions to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.

The position requires developing actionable energy plans, tracking progress to 2030 goals, and supporting external reporting such as SBTi and CDP

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of energy, environmental compliance, or related experience.
• Experience with energy audits, KPI tracking, and decarbonization initiatives.
• Knowledge of EPA/Cal/OSHA and environmental reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional energy and decarbonization roadmap to 2030.
• Manage energy audits and energy savings initiatives.
• Develop and track KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
• Support SBTi, CDP reporting, and CSR alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Americas sites.
