ADP is seeking a Senior Director, Client Service for Lyric HCM within the National Accounts Service organization. This leader will guide multiple teams across the client lifecycle, ensuring high-quality service and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strategy, budget ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and development of leaders within a hybrid work model in Alpharetta/Augusta, GA. 12+ years of management experience and MBA preferred are valued.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in a related management capacity in a high-performance service environment.
• 8+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in matrix management and oversight of a highly professional organization.
• Proven ability to mentor and counsel associates and drive results.

Responsabilités

• Direct and implement the overall strategy for servicing and supporting their book of business.
• Improve availability and resolution of client inquiries.
• Define goals, manage budgets, and implement procedures.
• Drive client experience, retention, and NPS across the book of business.
• Lead a virtual/matrix organization and develop service strategies for client satisfaction.
