Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience / training.
• Expert knowledge of alumni, internal and external constituencies, including their composition and areas of concern.
• Expert level written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including attentive listening skills and skills to ascertain constituency perception.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain collaborative partnerships across a complex, decentralized organization with multiple stakeholders.

• Designs and leads initiatives that advance the Alumni Relations strategic plan during the Decade of Alumni, deepening lifelong engagement and building pride.
• Oversees operations, budgeting, and reporting for Alumni Relations, ensuring effective day-to-day execution.
• Partner with Advancement and Alumni Boards to move alumni from engagement to investment and manage a high-value prospect portfolio.
• Lead strategy, operations, and finances of programs and advise senior executives on priorities and resource decisions.
