University of California, Los Angeles (Ed&IS) seeks an Associate Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving to drive engagement with alumni and donors. You will partner with the Executive Director of Development to plan and implement a comprehensive alumni program and lead annual giving campaigns, building a robust giving pipeline.

The role emphasizes data-driven marketing, direct mail, digital campaigns, and stewardship to strengthen relationships and elevate the school's profile.

Formación

• Minimum of two years in alumni/volunteer/fundraising environment.
• Experience with Blackbaud CRM or equivalent database.
• Working knowledge of alumni engagement and fundraising at a major university.
• Ability to organize, direct, motivate and evaluate alumni/volunteer efforts.
• Strong research and analytical skills to interpret information.
• Excellent written and oral communication for fundraising goals in print and online.
