University of San Diego seeks an Associate Director of Leadership Giving and Engagement to grow annual giving from alumni, parents, and friends. You will collaborate with the Senior Director to move donors into President’s Club, craft multi-channel campaigns, and oversee student philanthropy initiatives.

This role involves event coordination, donor recognition, and strategic engagement across campus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least five years of experience in annual giving or related field.
• Ability to supervise and galvanize staff and to recruit, train, manage, and motivate students and volunteers.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; AP writing style, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading.
• Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills; professional under pressure.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be friendly, personable, and a team player.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify leadership gift prospects and coordinate donor stewardship programs.
• Develop and implement annual giving strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate fundraising activities and solicit leadership gifts across channels.
• Track proposals and donations in CRM systems and report progress.
• Develop student philanthropy initiatives and manage the Student Philanthropy Council.
• Represent USD at donor, prospect, and alumni events on- and off-campus.
