• Proficiency with forecasting tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.
• Strong executive presence to present data to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct forecasting and ownership of the Americas Demand Planning model.
• Produce a rolling 24-month demand outlook and update die-level demand.
• Improve S&OP modeling to enhance forecast accuracy and align with capacity.
• Collaborate with capacity planning to focus variance efforts on constrained assets.
• Incorporate market intelligence and develop models to improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead monthly forecast variance analysis, identify root causes and actions.
