Job summary

Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to optimize inventory across the supply chain for assigned SKUs, aligning with service levels and divisional goals. You will work with sales, production, and customer service to balance demand and supply while managing all product transitions and KPI reporting.

Based in Atlanta, GA, the role requires 3+ years in supply chain, strong data analysis, Excel proficiency, and ERP/order management knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in General Business, Supply Chain or related field or compensatory experience in a related function including demand, supply and inventory planning.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Logistics, or related field.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable inventory and supply planning strategies.
• Proficient in Excel, with experience analyzing large data sets and developing meaningful reports and insights.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, order management processes and business reporting systems.
• Demonstrated successful order management, including coordination with multiple functions.
• Experience in Paperboard Packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory and material management strategies for finished goods materials.
• Analyze demand inputs such as historical sales data and forecasts to determine optimal inventory levels.
• Lead discussions with Sales and Production to align run strategies and improve forecast accuracy.
• Communicate shortages and provide options and timelines for replenishment.
• Review forecast and run strategy for compliance with business parameters.
• Develop KPI reports for leadership and cross-functional partners.
