Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking a Demand Planner to own and improve forecast accuracy for tissue category, partnering with Sales and Customer Planning to drive alignment. This onsite role inAtlanta offers a hybrid schedule with three days in the office weekly. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.

You will leverage SAP IBP, Excel, and Power BI to analyze trends, monitor bias, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualificações

• Experience in demand planning, supply chain, forecasting, category management, or sales planning.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve the demand forecast across a 13-week execution horizon and 18+ month planning horizon.
• Analyze trends, seasonality, customer demand signals, promotions, product transitions, and market changes to develop an accurate forecast.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, risks, and opportunities, while maintaining a clear point of view supported by data.
• Lead monthly Demand Alignment and Demand Review processes for your category.
• Build consensus across Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Planning, and Category teams while owning the final forecast recommendation.
• Communicate forecast changes, key assumptions, risks, and business impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
• Use SAP IBP, Excel, Power BI, and other tools to improve forecast quality and business decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, automate reporting, and enhance forecasting capabilities.
• Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
