• Minimum four-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Owns the Americas Demand Planning model and produces a rolling 24-month outlook.
• Updates demand requirements at the die level and analyzes year-over-year changes.
• Works with capacity planning to focus on constrained plants/assets and improve forecast accuracy.
• Incorporates market intelligence and builds statistical models to enhance forecast accuracy.
• Monitors forecast accuracy and bias monthly (MAPE) with root-cause analysis.
