Job summary

The Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts & Procurement to strengthen regulatory compliance and risk management across MLCHC and its affiliates. You will lead contract negotiation, review, and administration, and oversee the League's contract management software and procurement processes.

Reporting to the Senior Associate General Counsel, you will coordinate vendor solicitations (RFPs/RFQs), manage budgets and indirect cost rates, and develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of federally funded procurement or related compliance experience.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 and federal procurement regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contracts and procurement processes across MLCHC and subsidiaries.
• Negotiate budgets, indirect cost rates, and vendor agreements.
• Maintain contracts database and training for staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal procurement guidelines.
• Prepare monthly reports to Senior Leadership.
• Provide technical assistance on procurement issues.
• Oversee contract management software transitions.
