Liberty Mutual is seeking a Senior Complex Casualty Claims Resolution Specialist for the Northeast Region. You will manage high-severity auto and homeowner liability claims, including significant injuries and complex liability questions, with opportunities to collaborate with legal partners and experts.

Competenze

• Expert knowledge of coverage, liability, and complex claims handling.
• Ability to handle claims at the highest technical and complexity level.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws in the adjuster's jurisdiction.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 7+ years of related experience.
• Licensing as required.

• Manage, investigate, and resolve high-severity claims.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, damages, and settlements.
• Refer cases exceeding authority to local claims management and Home Office.
• Coordinate with SIU and subrogation opportunities.
• Prepare for trials, hearings, and conferences.
