PagerDuty, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to grow our culture of innovation and scale our award-winning team.

You will assess, coach, and influence our talent and people leaders while modeling our values with integrity and optimism in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hybrid work with 2 days in the San Francisco office, partnering with global teams to implement HR programs, strategic analytics, and AI-enabled processes that enhance organizational health

Qualifications

3+ years of related experience in Human Resources, preferably SaaS/hi-tech.
Minimum of 2 years experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting employees and people managers across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles.
Proven track record of managing complex global employee relations cases and supporting organizational programs.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to drive HR process efficiency.

Responsibilities

Partnering with Management teams to execute HR Programs and initiatives and drive employee engagement and retention.
Assessing organizational health and effectiveness and identify opportunities to drive improvements.
Utilizing people metrics to drive insights for growth and retention for leadership decisions.
Collaborating with leadership on organizational change initiatives and talent management development.
Lead coaching and feedback efforts and recommendations based on experience.
