Beghou Consulting seeks a data-driven professional to conceptualize, execute, and integrate analytics projects for pharmaceutical commercial efforts. As a SME, you will guide internal stakeholders, lead project teams, and drive innovative data solutions across multiple workstreams.

You will mentor juniors, manage client communications, and ensure timely delivery while leveraging coding to optimize data handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 4+ years in pharma or life sciences preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality client-ready outputs.
• Provide strategic direction on project scope, timelines, and resources.
• Analyze data and synthesize findings to actionable insights for clients.
• Mentor junior team members and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Develop and optimize data processes with coding when needed.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Engage in business development and contribute to firm initiatives.
