You will mentor teams, manage client communications, and drive innovation through data-centric solutions across global projects and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4+ years in pharma or life sciences.
• Strong Excel skills and advanced proficiency in Word/PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical commercial functions (Data Management, Sales Ops, Analytics, BI/Reporting).
• Experience with SAS/Python/R/VBA and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams in design and development of high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on project direction, resources, and timelines with data analytics tasks.
• Define project scope and development strategies with leadership input.
• Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights for internal and external teams.
• Independently manage projects, client communications, and timelines with minimal oversight.
• Develop and optimize data processes, utilizing coding to facilitate reporting.
• Coordinate with global and diverse teams for seamless execution.
• Engage in business development and contribute to firm initiatives.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and encourage innovation.
