Beghou is seeking a senior data analytics leader in New York to oversee client proposals, develop data-driven reporting solutions, and drive growth across life sciences projects. You will lead diverse teams, leverage SAS, Python, and VBA to optimize data processing, and collaborate with clients to deliver high-impact insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in data analytics or life sciences.
• 6+ years of professional data analytics experience in life sciences/pharma.
• Strong programming and BI tool proficiency.
• Ability to lead client proposals and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee client projects, ensuring quality on time and within budget.
• Develop data-driven reports, online tools, and data processes; communicate insights to clients.
• Utilize SAS, Python, and VBA to enable data processing and reporting.
• Grow external client engagements and manage key client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and handle invoices and SOW drafting.
• Identify growth opportunities and create action plans for new offerings and improvements.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams, supporting professional growth and a collaborative culture.
• Contribute to organizational development through initiatives and training.
