Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience.
• 5+ years financial services sector with banking technology knowledge.
• 4+ years creating process maps and wireframes; leading elicitation of requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads sessions with business users, technology partners, and vendors to define solutions and data flows.
• Writes complex business, functional, and technical requirements specifications and facilitates elicitation sessions.
• Performs smoke and user testing; maps current vs future state processes to identify gaps and efficiency gains; uses diagramming and wire framing for alignment.
• Leads process improvement discussions and builds relationships across organizations.
• Participates in enterprise change control governance to assess impact of changes.
