V Group Inc. is recruiting an experienced Workday Integration Developer for the State of Georgia's SAO in Atlanta, GA.

The role focuses on designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting Workday integrations with third-party vendors and state agencies across HCM, Finance, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will implement scalable integration solutions using EIB, Workday Studio, Web Services, Core Connectors, and related technologies, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and

Qualifications

5+ years of Workday integration development experience, including HCM and Financial modules.
Strong experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP).
Experience with REST, XML, JSON and Java for integration development.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, build, and implement robust Workday integration solutions to meet organizational and business requirements
Analyze, design, develop, test, document, implement, train, and support complex business and enterprise software solutions
Design, develop, and implement Workday solutions focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, and Procurement
Configure and customize Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations to meet specific organizational needs
Collaborate with stakeholders, including officers, directors, managers, and technical teams, to understand integration requirements and business needs
Research and leverage emerging Workday technologies, releases, and new features to enhance integration capabilities
Develop Workday integrations with third-party vendors and other state agencies
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure the reliability and accuracy of reporting outputs
Document integration requirements, technical specifications, workflows, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday solutions
Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, Web Services, and Core Connectors
Support data migration, integration development, report building, and calculated fields related to Workday integrations
