Job summary

The State Accounting Office (SAO) in Georgia is seeking a Developer 3 to advance Workday integrations and optimize the ERP landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and implement new features and integrations across HCM, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement.

You will develop, test, and maintain secure code, ensuring system efficiency and scalability, while staying current with Workday updates and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of related experience.
• Experience with Workday integrations and module configurations is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Workday integrations to meet business needs.
• Configure and manage core Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.) for optimal performance.
• Create and maintain robust Workday integrations utilizing Studio, EIBs, and other relevant tools.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
• Apply expert knowledge of Workday development tools and technologies to deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Stay current with Workday updates and best practices to ensure system optimization.
• Maintain data accuracy and adhere to strict security protocols in all code and system configurations.
• Resolve system issues promptly, meet project deadlines, and proactively implement system enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members, providing clear and concise documentation and fostering a collaborative team environment
