Job summary

A hybrid schedule is offered with a base salary up to $140,000 DOE. The ideal candidate has a CPA, 5+ years of public accounting experience, and strong GAAP/GAAS knowledge along with excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Active CPA.
• Self-motivated and team player.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
• High understanding of GAAP and special purpose frameworks.
• High understanding of GAAS.
• GAGAS/Yellow Book knowledge.
• Experience in financial statement compilation and audits/reviews.
• Ability to develop client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants of varying levels of proficiency and experience.
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing relationships.
• Recognize opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
