Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 5+ years public accounting experience.
• Active CPA licensure required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and familiarity with GAAS.
• GAGAS/Yellow Book understanding preferred.
• Experience with financial statement compilation and with audits/reviews.

Responsibilities

• Perform field work of audits, reviews and compilations.
• Prepare financial statements with full disclosures.
• Plan, supervise and complete routine engagements.
• Supervise other accountants of varying proficiency.
• Review work performed by other accountants.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
• Assist in firm administrative functions as needed.
