• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories.
• Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions.
• Liaison between various business departments and group.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project manager.
• Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes.
• Assist with project management as needed.
