Job summary

Cox Enterprises seeks a Business Process Design & Improvement Analyst II - Training (CAI Inventory Solutions) to design, develop, and deliver training programs for Manheim's title operations workforce, leveraging AI-enabled tools to accelerate content and personalize learning.

The role collaborates with the Sr Manager to set curriculum direction, delivering virtual and in-person sessions across domestic and offshore teams, using data to identify capability gaps for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering training to operational audiences, virtual and in-person.
• Experience training distributed teams across time zones, including offshore/nearshore.
• Instructional design or adult learning experience preferred; strong operations substitution.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content for onboarding, continuing education, and role certifications.
• Deliver training virtually and in-person; tailor delivery to audience and time zones.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to accelerate content and personalize learning paths.
• Define KPIs and analyze data to improve training effectiveness over time.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Legal, and SMEs to ensure accuracy.
