Hybrid work arrangement follows an initial training period, combining onsite and remote days. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience (or higher education in lieu).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years related work experience or higher education in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides moderately complex administrative skills for a department.
• Prepares, maintains and posts records, reports and budget information.
• Schedules and organizes meetings, travel, conferences and department activities.
• Acts as department liaison with other departments and agencies.
• Performs office administration to ensure efficient operation.
