Job summary

GDM Seeds is seeking a Supply Planner to partner with GDM branded businesses, translating forecasted demand and lifecycle strategies into actionable supply plans. You will align supply chain with commercial goals while supporting inventory risk, logistics, and service performance.

The role requires four days per week onsite at our Westfield, Indiana facility and one remote day per week. Applicants must live within commuting distance of Westfield and be able to work onsite accordingly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and meet MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze sales and supply data to refine supply plans.
• Translate forecasted demand into executable supply plans.
• Manage day-to-day supply planning within inventory guidelines and update production orders in SAP.
