GDM Seeds is seeking a Logistics Analyst to optimize the distribution network, transfer planning, and warehouse capacity at our Ottawa, Kansas facility. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and Operations, and continuous improvement of transportation and inventory flow.

The position requires four days onsite in Ottawa and one remote day per week, with candidates living within commuting distance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Interpret logistics data to manage product transfers that satisfy customer needs while balancing budgets.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to support Logistics objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory flow.
• Maintain accurate logistics master data and documentation.
