Job summary

Stine Seed Company seeks an Independent Sales Representative to cover Union, Johnson, Pope, Hardin, and Massac Counties in Southern Illinois. The role offers hybrid/partial remote work, with a focus on expanding the grower base and delivering agronomic and product knowledge to customers.

The candidate will work with the regional agronomist, maintain strong dealer relationships, and drive sales across corn and soybean seed products in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of agricultural experience, including agronomy, crop production or seed sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven sales techniques and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary ambassador of the Stine brand within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain agronomic and technical knowledge of Stine seed products for the territory.
• Manage existing accounts and recruit new ones to grow sales.
• Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs to meet district goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide high-level sales support.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and prospective buyers.
