Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 6–8+ years of progressive accounting, including SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related disclosures.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations across multi-site manufacturing.
• Oversee consolidation, monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, and EDGAR filings.
• Manage technical accounting matters: revenue, inventory, leases, share-based compensation.
• Coordinate with operations, FP&A, legal, and external auditors.
