Bitfactory is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their corporate finance team in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role handles external and internal financial reporting, ensuring accuracy in SEC filings and managing the consolidation process.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA, 5-7 years of experience in accounting, and strong US GAAP knowledge. You'll work closely with senior management and contribute to strategic decisions.

This hybrid position requires on-site presence four days per week. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of SEC filings and financial statements.
• Manage monthly financial consolidation processes.
• Conduct technical accounting research under US GAAP.
