Responsibilities

• Oversee SEC filings including Form 10-Q and 10-K
• Ensure GAAP compliance and leases/revenue recognition
• Research technical accounting issues and draft position papers
• Maintain internal controls over financial reporting (SOX)
• Support mergers and other ad-hoc reporting projects
