Job summary

Howmet Aerospace seeks a Senior Manager of SEC & External Reporting in Pittsburgh, hybrid role. You will lead the preparation of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and oversee the quarterly earnings process, including earnings materials and press release reviews.

This role partners with Controllership, FP&A, Investor Relations, Legal, and external auditors to ensure accurate reporting, robust internal controls under SOX, and ESG disclosures across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of accounting experience.
• Experience preparing SEC filings.
• Knowledge of XBRL and SEC reporting.
• CPA required or in good standing.
• Experience with external reporting and regulatory filings.
• Experience with Big Four or nationally recognized firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and proxies.
• Assist with quarterly earnings materials and press releases.
• Coordinate with external auditors (PwC) on audit and reporting.
• Prepare ESG reporting for multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure SOX internal controls compliance for external reporting.
