Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc. in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a Manager, SEC Reporting to lead the external financial reporting in line with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules. You will supervise Form 10-K/10-Q preparation, consolidation, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, FP&A, legal and auditors.

You have strong technical accounting skills, a CPA, 6–8+ years in manufacturing or industrial settings, and ERP/Workiva experience. Hybrid work from Tempe location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Master’s degree preferred.
• CPA certification required; 6–8+ years of accounting/SEC reporting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy, etc.).
• Oversee consolidation and monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with operations, FP&A, legal, and external auditors.
• Maintain and improve internal controls over financial reporting.
• Support disclosure controls and procedures and ERP system upgrades.
