Qualifikationen

• University degree required.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience in professional services recruiting (or similar industry). Campus recruiting experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a growth mindset and willingness to lead when priorities require.
• Strong strategic thinking and the ability to manage the big picture while driving impact on initiatives.
• Strong analytical ability with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and recruiting colleagues.
• Proactive problem solver with a focus on improving recruiting processes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible with last-minute changes and able to travel to campus and regional events as needed.
