• Tech-savvy with experience in legal research tools and case management software.
• Ever law experience is a plus

Aufgaben

• Play a critical role in case preparation by obtaining medical records through authorizations and subpoenas.
• Maintain and streamline case data with discovery and records organizational charts.
• Conduct research by issuing Public Records Requests and background investigations.
• Analyze and summarize medical records and treatment chronologies for case insights.
• Draft and prepare answers to Complaints; support depositions and discovery.
• Summarize transcripts and manage key documents for attorneys.
• Manage and organize document productions; ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with client and claim representatives to complete discovery requests.
• Prepare materials for expert witness review and trial logistics.
• Keep case files organized for smooth workflow.
