Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 4+ years as a litigation paralegal; insurance defense experience preferred.
• Experience billing time and understanding law-firm billing practices.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical records via authorizations and subpoenas with timely follow-ups.
• Organize case data and discovery with structured charts for efficiency.
• Conduct Public Records Requests and background investigations for litigation strategy.
• Analyze medical records and chronologies to provide case insights.
• Draft answers to complaints and support depositions and discovery.
• Summarize transcripts and manage key documents for discovery.
• Prepare and organize document productions from insured files.
• Communicate with clients and claim representatives to complete discovery.
• Organize materials for expert review and coordinate trial logistics.
• Ensure case files are cleanly organized and accessible for teams.
