Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive the revenue engine from the front line. You will identify active buying interests, reach senior decision-makers, and position our value proposition to create qualified opportunities for Account Executives.

You will work with AI tools to speed up research, personalize at scale, and prioritize conversations with the highest likelihood of conversion, while building trust through real-time adaptation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and AI-driven prospecting tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior decision-makers across US via multi-channel outreach.
• Use Outreach AI Agents to research potential customers and map accounts.
• Lead discovery conversations to assess needs and fit before handing over to Account Executives.
• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve conversions.
• Maintain clean and accurate data in Salesforce to track engagement and pipeline.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity affecting buying behavior.
