Job summary

RTX’s Supply Chain Management Finance team seeks a Lead Financial Analyst to coordinate KPI deliverables and forecast cycles. The role is hybrid and based out of Tucson, AZ, with flexibility for McKinney, TX or Andover, MA locations.

You will influence overhead budgets, EAC forecasts, and SFP reviews while partnering with senior leadership across SCM. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years with an advanced degree, plus proficiency in SAP/PRISM/Power BI and strong

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP/PRISM/Business Warehouse/Power BI.
• Experience using other Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
• Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.
• Coordinate with RTN Support Pool (Accounting) team regarding CER EACs.
• Interact with Finance and Functional Senior Leadership within SCM.
• Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end.
• Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).
• Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed
