Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst in the SCM Finance Organization to support KPI metric deliverables, overhead budgets, EAC forecasts, and reviews. Hybrid role based in Tucson, AZ, with potential locations in McKinney, TX or Andover, MA.

You will coordinate with OSCQ, FP&A, and senior leadership, perform ad-hoc analysis, and partner with manufacturing areas to drive value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
• Experience with SAP / PRISM / Business Warehouse / Power BI.
• Experience using other Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and allocate resources in a dynamic, geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment.
• Coordinate with OSCQ and Central FP&A regarding deliverables.
• Coordinate with RTN Support Pool (Accounting) team regarding CER EACs.
• Interact with Finance and Functional Senior Leadership within SCM.
• Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from beginning to end.
• Partner with peers across other RTN Manufacturing areas (Operations, Quality, etc).
• Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed
